Abstract
An efficient interface-reconstruction is achieved by facile pretreatment of immersing Al metal anode in ionic liquid electrolyte for a certain time before battery assembly, and a solid electrolyte interphase layer is formed via the interface-reconstruction, resulting in superior electrochemical performances for rechargeable aluminum batteries.203
