Abstract
In order to get a more sustainable industrial system, a methodology combining Material and Energy Flow Analysis and Exergy Analysis was applied to a tuna canning industry. These tools were used to identify the Improvable Flows of the system. Then, a Best Available Techniques analysis provided the techniques to improve these Improvable Flows.374
