Abstract
⺠We detail a hybrid LCA framework to assess service industry life cycle impacts. ⺠The framework is used to assess impacts of an engineering service firm. ⺠Most significant life cycle impacts from travel and transport and the building premises. ⺠Significant reduction opportunities exist through employee and management education.
