Abstract
⺠The Flemish BAT Centre has developed a methodology for determining BAT-AELs. ⺠The methodology is based on a detailed analysis of emission data. ⺠A prerequisite is that the BAT have been selected. ⺠It allows the determination of BAT-AELs in a practicable way. ⺠It reduces the role of expert judgement and negotiation.
