► Fertilizers and consumer transport make largest contributions to impact categories. ► As modeled, organic viticulture offers little or no benefit to non-toxicological impacts. ► Use of lighter bottles could result in non-trivial reductions to several impacts. ► Transport mode equally important to transport distance for wine's per-bottle impacts.
