Abstract
In order to ensure the safety of production, downhole anticorrosion design is generally based on the experimental data of maximum corrosion gas concentration. In the heavy oil pyrolysis experiment, when the total amount of gas being decomposed is less, it will be a situation of high concentration (the false high concentration). The anticorrosion design with this concentration will increase the cost of material in the field. This paper investigates the relationship between the capacity of heavy oil generate H2S&CO2 and the environmental factors, and finds out the phenomenon of false high concentration appears in the results of H2S concentration. A new result calculation method is proposed to select gas concentration which is closer to the real formation environment.243
