Abstract
⺠Water blocking is one of the major damage mechanisms in tight sand gas reservoirs. ⺠Phase trap damage is significant in tight formations with sub-normal initial water saturation. ⺠Hydraulic fracturing might be inefficient in water sensitive tight formations.
