Abstract
The results of RSM showed that AEEA concentration and partial pressure of CO2 have the maximum impact on absorption rate and CO2 loading, respectively. The maximum absorption rate and CO2 loading occurred at 2M HMPD+1.35M AEEA in 320.15K and 1980.3Â kPa. The measured experimental values revealed that HMPDÂ +Â AEEA solution has a more desirable absorption rate, CO2 loading and oxidative degradation in comparison to methylediethanolamine(MDEA)Â +Â piperazine(PZ) aqueous solution.
