Abstract
⺠New passive receiver system built at EISCAT Svalbard Radar site. ⺠Phase calibration using coherent scatter from satellite transits. ⺠Optical satellite signatures provide accurate position. ⺠Using a number of satellites the radar beam can be mapped.
