Abstract
► We consider the effects of amplitude modulation on nonlinear interactions. ► We demonstrate three interaction regimes using the resonance overlap condition. ► We evaluate the importance of chorus subpackets on nonlinear interactions. ► The amplitude modulation should be considered in nonlinear interactions.
