Abstract
⺠New micro-meteorological experiment facility is set up in north eastern India. ⺠Surface and upper air measurements made on the Total Solar Eclipse of 22 July 2009. ⺠A near constancy in temperature at 4 m height is noticed for an hour around TSE. ⺠A dip in solar radiation and wind speed, reversal in direction is noted around TSE. ⺠A near surface inversion in temperature at TSE timings is observed
