Abstract
⺠Wind alterations in equatorial stratosphere during quasi-biennial cycle are examined. ⺠The easterly wind descent demonstrates an unambiguous seasonal relation. ⺠Seasonal regularities allow making an early forecast of QBO-phase transitions. ⺠The technique of forecasting the QBO-cycle evolution is described. ⺠Dates of QBO-phase transitions are predicted for all months up to April 2014.
