Abstract
⺠We studied the behavior of the OI 630 and 557.7 nm nightglow during magnetic storms. ⺠The OI 630 and 557.7 nm emissions were similar in shape and synchronous. ⺠At the same time these two emissions were correlated with the TEC. ⺠The 557.7 nm disturbances may result from the O2+ dissociative recombination. ⺠The ratio of V557.7/V630 may vary during magnetic storms at mid-latitudes.
