Abstract
Nanocrystalline spinel ferrites (Zn1âxTbxFe2O4) prepared by micro-emulsion technique exhibited the reduced dielectric parameters and decreased crystallite size from 24Â nm to 16Â nm upon the doping of terbium. These ferrites revealed ferrimagnetic behavior. Larger magnetic and smaller dielectric parameters suggest the potential use of these nanomaterials in memory and high frequency devices fabrications.190
