Abstract
This paper presents a study about the possibility to switch a magnetic dense nanoparticle system from a superparamagnetic state to an ordered state, called superferromagnetism. We start from the idea that the magnetic state of the system is influenced not only by the magnetic interactions between the nanoparticles, but also by the distribution of the nanoparticle sizes and the distribution of the effective anisotropy constants. By using stochastic methods and models, we superpose these conditions and we search, in accordance with the effects, the parameters for controlling the transition from the superparamagnetic to the superferromagnetic state.
