Abstract
⺠Calcium ferrite nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method. ⺠Size dependent structural, morphological and magnetic analysis was done. ⺠Preferred orientation for growth of nanocapsules is along b-axis. ⺠Nanoparticles exhibit superparamagnetic behaviour. ⺠Nanocapsules show mixed characteristics of ferrimagnetic and paramagnetic grains.
