Abstract
► Proper Fe-80%Ni alloy (permalloy) using selective laser melting technology. ► The microstructure of Fe-80%Ni alloy exhibits fine cellular structure approximately 120 nm. ► The magnetic properties can be controlled by laser parameter. ► The lowest coercivity is about 30-40 Oe and the highest saturation magnetization is about 80-100 emu/g.
