Abstract
⺠Permeability of Co-Fe film in inductance transmission line was analyzed up to 13.5 GHz. ⺠The results were in good agreement with the coupled Landau-Lifschitz and eddy current theories. ⺠Applicable requirements μâ²rs⪡â¼2500 and μâ²rsfk⪡â¼6500 GHz were derived.
