Abstract
► Ultrathin Bi3Fe5O12 films were grown epitaxially on structure-matching substrates. ► Magnetic properties of Bi3Fe5O12 were studied down to the thickness of 2.5 nm. ► Reorientation of easy magnetization axis as a function of film thickness was observed.
