Abstract
⺠A Blume-Capel model with quenched random crystal fields is examined. ⺠Relaxation time diverges in the neighborhood of isolated critical point. ⺠Relaxation time makes a finite jump discontinuity at low temperatures. ⺠Dispersion factor shows a shallow dip when TâTc for the high frequency region. ⺠Absorption factor exhibits a local maxima as TâTc for the high frequency region.
