Abstract
⺠The Cr-doped NRs have been synthesized by hydrothermal method. ⺠Ferromagnetism of Cr-doped TiO2 NRs is intrinsic property. ⺠Room-temperature ferromagnetism observed in all the annealed Cr-doped NRs. ⺠Variation in Ms is attributed due to oxygen vacancies.
