Abstract
⺠Nano-structured disproportionated NdFeB alloy powders by mechanical milling in hydrogen. ⺠Highly densified green magnet compact by cold pressing of as-disproportionated NdFeB alloy powders. ⺠Nanocrystalline NdFeB magnets by desorption-recombination in-situ sintering under vacuum. ⺠Magnetic properties significantly improved by relative density enhancement and nanocrystallization of Nd2Fe14B phase. ⺠The effects of sintering parameters on magnetic properties and the underlying mechanisms are clarified.
