Abstract
⺠We prepare and characterize FeAl and experimentally study the temperature variation of magnetization. ⺠We explain the plethora of earlier results through ab inito theoretical techniques. ⺠We conclude that exotic behavior of these alloys arise from their inherent inhomogeneous disorder.
