Abstract
⺠The (Fe-Pt)100âxBx (x=5, 10) film shows perpendicular magnetization. ⺠The (Fe-Pt)100âxBx (x=5, 10) film shows granular structure. ⺠The grains size of (Fe-Pt)100âxBx (x=5, 10) film is 20 and 15 nm, respectively. ⺠The grains size of (Fe-Pt)95(B0.9Ag0.1)5 granular film is 6.7 nm.
