Abstract
⺠Amorphous and nanocrystalline MPCs were successfully produced and compared. ⺠μe of both kinds of MPC keeps unchanged up to 1 MHz. ⺠Amorphous MPC has lower PCV at lower frequency, while nanocrystalline MPC at high frequency. ⺠The nanocrystalline MPC has better DC-bias property. ⺠Their microstructures and soft magnetic properties were also investigated and compared.
