Abstract

âº La(1âx)ZnxFeO3 (x=0.1 and 0.3) were prepared by co-precipitation method. âº Magnetization of the samples was considerably enhanced compared to LaFeO3. âº Exchange bias effect (EBE) was observed in all the samples. âº EBE suggests antiferromagnetic-ferromagnetic core-shell structure of nanoparticles.
