Abstract
⺠Heavily Mn-doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by auto-combustion method. ⺠Structural variations and physics effects in Zn1âxMnxO were investigated. ⺠Zn2MnO4/Mn2O3 and ZnMnO3/MnO2 impurities were analyzed in a self-consistent way.
