Abstract
⺠FeNiO is a diluted magnetic semiconductor for spintronic applications and ferromagnetism at room temperature. ⺠1,3-Propanediol as a novel chelating agent in the sol-gel process for the preparation of FeNiO. ⺠Uniform and dense spherical particles in nanosize provide higher magnetization. ⺠Crystalline size and particle size increase as calcining temperature increased.
