Abstract
Polycrystalline sample of NdFeAsO0.8F0.2 was prepared by one-step solid-state reaction method. The structural and electrical properties of sample were characterized through XRD pattern and the 4-probe method. The critical temperature was obtained at 56â¯K. The crystal structure was tetragonal with P4/nmm:2 symmetry group.
