Abstract
⺠Andreev spectra of non-ballistic point contacts are investigated and analyzed. ⺠Hybrid contacts Cu (N)/Mo-C (S) and Cu (N)/ La[O0.85Fâ¼0.1]FeAs (S) are studied. ⺠We show that considering real N/S contacts as ballistic ones is not always justified. ⺠Shape of conductance curves of non-ballistic contacts is set by impurity scattering. ⺠Criteria for identifying ballistic and non-ballistic regimes of transport are given.
