Abstract
► Electron-phonon interaction is considered as the dominant cause of superconductivity. ► A model with d-wave symmetry is introduced. ► A two dimensional system with two superconducting components is considered. ► The coupling parameters obtained are in the intermediate and weak coupling region. ► The experimental results for the gap are reproduced with our model.
