Abstract
⺠Thin-film-like BSCCO single crystals were fabricated by mechanical exfoliation. ⺠The Ï-T measurements show excellent superconductivity of thin BSCCO single crystal. ⺠We observed substrate-regulated morphology of thin-film-like BSCCO single crystal. ⺠Gap is observed between BSCCO and substrate in cross-section view of step structure.
