Abstract
Our results demonstrated that the proper energy window should be carefully chosen based on quantitative measurements in order to take advantage of desirable characteristics of CZT-based small-animal SPECT. These results provided valuable reference information for the establishment of new protocol for CZT-based small-animal study, and may offer insights into the potential of multiple-isotope imaging with CZT-based small-animal SPECT.
