Abstract
Membranes with internal structures presents several important characteristics in brane world scenarios. In this context we give new results in the study of localization of gauge vector fields in a very specific kink-like solution. We analyze, in particular, the coupling produced by the dilaton field in the space-time background. We find resonance structures in the KK spectrum revealing interesting behavior of coupling between massive states and matter localized in the membrane.
