Abstract
⺠The entropy introduced in a previous work has been studied for a coulombic potential. ⺠From this entropy form a NLFP has been derived for a pure coulombic potential. ⺠The stationary solution of the NLFP for an “atomic-like” system has been obtained. ⺠A comparison with Boltzmann entropy has been proposed.
