Abstract
Equilibrium current states in superconducting junctions of SNINS-type (S - superconductor, N - normal metal, I - insulator) for arbitrary concentrations of nonmagnetic impurities in superconducting regions were investigated using the Ginzburg-Landau theory near the critical temperature. We found the current-phase relation valid in a wide range of electron transmission coefficient values and an arbitrary thickness of the normal layer. The influence of depairing effects was taken into account. A new analytical formula for the dependence of the current on the phase difference was obtained and a number of particular cases were considered.
