Abstract
In this paper, we propose a method to generate multipartite entangled coherent states (MECS) using a multi-mode superconducting cavity containing an SQUID-based charge qubit. After the projective measurement of simple charge states, MECS representing nonlocal electromagnetic fields of cavity modes have been generated. Furthermore, we investigate the nonlocal properties of the generated MECS by constructing the new concurrence-like entanglement based on the Bell-Klyshko argument.
