Abstract
⺠A characteristic Raman-active RBLM is found to exist in all types of B2C-NRs. ⺠The RBLM frequency varies linearly with the inverse square root of B2C-NR width. ⺠The slope depends closely on the types of B2C-NRs. ⺠RBLM is a very useful Raman mode to identify B2C-NRs width and types.
