Abstract
► High optical transmission-dispersion characteristics of a hybrid system is studied. ► Multiple EIT-like effect and anomalous dispersion can be created in a low-Q regime. ► Transmission spectra and phase shift can be controlled by engineering QD properties. ► This work offers a promising way to realize integrated photonic devices on a chip.
