Abstract
► Increase in temperature increases the electrical conductivity (EC) of PEEK-CNT composites. ► From 25 °C to 140 °C, at 9 wt% CNT, the slope of EC vs. temperature is a constant. ► At 8% of CNT, slope of EC vs. temperature decreases while at 10% CNT, it increases with temperature. ► Hysteresis among curves of EC vs. temperature decreases with increasing % of CNT. ► The hysteresis also decreases upon repeating cycle of heating and cooling.
