Abstract
⺠Strength of aluminum matrix composites significantly increases with MWCNT volume. ⺠The strengthening efficiency differs depending on deformation mode of the matrix. ⺠Strengthening in ultrafine-grained composites follows the theoretical prediction. ⺠Strengthening in nano-grained composites is half of the theoretical prediction.
