Abstract
IMRT reduces acute grade 3Â +Â hematologic and gastrointestinal toxicities compared with reports from non-IMRT series, without compromising locoregional control. The reported QOL scores most relevant to acute toxicities returned to baseline by 3Â months after treatment.
