Abstract
Conclusions: The recommended dose of S-1 with concurrent radiotherapy was determined to be 80 mg/m2/day from Day 1 to 14 and 22 to 35 in patients with locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Oral S-1 and radiotherapy is well tolerated and feasible and should be further investigated.
