Abstract
Halite (rock salt) is one of few materials, which have an ability to store information on absorbed dose of ionizing radiation. Previous studies of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) response in sodium chloride indicated coexistence of fading, inverse fading and regeneration effect using newly developed variable delay optically stimulated luminescence technique (VD-OSL). This paper presents investigations of green OSL and IR OSL of dose response characteristics of halite mineral from KÅodawa salt mine in Poland.
