Abstract
In this paper we apply to non-isothermal processes the general Ginzburg–Landau model used in superconductivity and then we extend this framework to superfluidity and to first order phase transitions. Finally a new balance law on the order structure is proposed to obtain the classical Ginzburg–Landau equation.
