Abstract
Dynamic equations of the field theory of translational defects have been applied to the analysis of propagation of plane waves of defect field across the interface between viscoplastic media with arbitrary damping. Results have been obtained, which determine the reflection and refraction laws and the reflection and refraction coefficients in case of arbitrary viscosity value of the contacting media. Dependencies of the reflection and refraction coefficients on the incidence angle of primary waves have been calculated and analyzed.
