Abstract
⺠Dietary curcumin supplementation leads to stable levels of curcumin in mice plasma. ⺠Curcumin binds to plasma TTR and increases TTR resistance to dissociation. ⺠Curcumin decreases TTR deposition and associated biomarkers in tissues. ⺠Curcumin or derivatives can be used for TTR amyloidosis therapy.
