Abstract
⺠NMR based metabolomics of urine differentiates dogs with bladder cancer from healthy controls. ⺠Six candidate metabolite markers had good discriminatory ability and low p-values. ⺠A statistical model using these markers had good sensitivity and selectivity to detect the cancer. ⺠Energy metabolism changes were dominant in canine bladder cancer biochemistry.
