Abstract
⺠Ezetimibe glucuronidation is a biomarker for UGT1A1 activity in vivo. ⺠Ezetimibe glucuronidation correlates with reduction of serum bilirubin in Gunn rats. ⺠Ezetimibe glucuronidation in the Gunn rat is affected by gender. ⺠Bilirubin glucuronides in bile confirm efficacy of gene therapy for inherited jaundice.
