Abstract
												⺠PPARγ is important in fat cell development. ⺠PPARγ plays a role in glucose homeostasis and is an anti-diabetic drug target. ⺠The activity of PPARγ is largely effected by covalent modifications. ⺠The activity of PPARγ is highly regulated by phosphorylation, SUMOylation and ubiquitylation.
